Uno de mis conjuntos favoritos de reglas de civilidad para trabajar en equipo. De la vida real. No inventadas. De uno de mis mejores clientes.
- Siempre curioso
- Nada de idioteces[1]
- Todos los pensamientos compartidos, buenos o malos (sin quejarse en los baños)
- Mi tiempo no es elástico. ¿El tuyo?
- El éxito del equipo es el mío. Mi éxito es el éxito del equipo
- Los ojos en el destino, el camino está lleno de baches
- Mirarse el ombligo no es ni estético ni productivo (en el sentido de concentrarse demasiado en uno mismo)
- Los errores están bien. No, en serio, así es
- Las personas que tienen todas las respuestas están sobre calificadas para trabajar aquí
- Dilo, nómbralo, déjate de tonterías
- Pide ayuda, ofrece ayuda, no estás solo
- Nos reímos mucho y eso es una promesa
